# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • Salmon transforms into something restaurant-worthy in under 30 minutes, no fancy techniques required.
  • The glaze is genuinely addictive—sweet, salty, and bright all at once, with enough garlic to make you feel like you actually cooked.
  • One pan means less cleanup, which honestly matters more than people admit.
02 -
  • Don't overbake the salmon—it goes from perfect to dry in about two minutes, so set a timer and stick to it.
  • Pat the fillets completely dry before seasoning; any excess moisture prevents the glaze from sticking and flavors from developing properly.
03 -
  • Maple syrup swaps in beautifully for honey if you want a slightly deeper, earthier flavor in the glaze.
  • If you can't find fresh lemon juice or need it to last, a good quality bottled lemon juice works fine, though fresh is noticeably brighter.
