- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Arrange the sausages and bacon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until thoroughly cooked and golden brown.
- While the meats are cooking, melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for 5–7 minutes, or until they are tender and have developed a golden color. Transfer the cooked mushrooms to a separate plate and keep warm.
- Place the tomato halves, cut-side down, into the same skillet. Cook for 3–4 minutes until they are lightly caramelized. Remove from the skillet and set aside with the mushrooms to keep warm.
- In a small saucepan, gently warm the baked beans over low heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
- Toast the bread slices until they are golden brown and crisp.
- In a clean skillet, melt the remaining butter over medium-low heat. Crack in the eggs and fry them to your preferred doneness (such as sunny-side up or over easy). Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- On warm plates, artfully arrange all the prepared components: sausages, bacon, fried eggs, caramelized tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms, warm baked beans, and toasted bread. Serve immediately for optimal enjoyment.
