# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The combination of tangy lemon and sweet blueberries creates this perfect balance that wakes up your tastebuds without being too sweet
  • These rolls transform a regular weekend morning into something that feels like a special occasion
02 -
  • Let the blueberry filling cool completely before spreading, otherwise it'll melt the butter in your dough and make a sticky mess
  • Use unflavored dental floss to cut the rolls, it gives you the cleanest slices without squishing all those beautiful layers
03 -
  • If your blueberries are especially large, cut them in half before making the filling to prevent them from bursting and making your dough too wet
  • Room temperature ingredients for the dough make a huge difference in how well everything comes together
