# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The warm flatbread meets cool crisp lettuce in the most satisfying texture contrast
  • Ready in 30 minutes but tastes like something from a restaurant
  • Perfect for those nights when you want comfort food but something a little lighter than pizza
02 -
  • The lettuce goes on last so it stays crisp and cool against the warm ingredients
  • Do not skip resting the chicken or it will lose all its moisture when sliced
  • Serve these right away because the flatbread starts getting soggy once the dressed lettuce sits on it
03 -
  • Pre-cooked rotisserie chicken works in a pinch and saves even more time
  • A pizza stone makes the bottom incredibly crispy if you want to go the extra mile
  • Grill the actual flatbread for 2 minutes per side for that smoky char flavor
